SANTA CLARA, Calif. - ServiceNow, the enterprise cloud company, announced in a press release that it has entered into a confidential settlement agreement with Hewlett Packard Enterprise (NYSE: HPE) that resolves all claims asserted in the existing patent litigation between the two companies. As a result of the settlement agreement, the two companies today have filed a joint stipulation for dismissal with prejudice of the pending patent litigation in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.
