LOS ANGELES - The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) announced it is seeking Public Comment on an initial report by the Technical Study Group (TSG) on generic top-level domain integrations with alternative naming systems. The TSG report seeks to assess the potential impact on the security and stability of the Domain Name System of those integrations, according to the official website of ICANN.
