LOS ANGELES - The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) opened a new Public Comment proceeding, a press release stated by ICANN.

This Public Comment proceeding is seeking input on the Phase 1 Final Report Recommendations from the Generic Name Supporting Organization Expedited Policy Development Process on Internationalized Domain Names for ICANN Board Consideration.
