Abu-Ghazaleh Underscores 10 Prescriptions for Success at Ramallah International E-Training Conference

AMMAN - HE Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh, founder and chairman of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Global (TAG.Global), participated in the 1st international e-training conference entitled ‘The Second International Success Code’ held in Ramallah – Palestine, presenting the ten ‘Prescriptions for Success’ that summarize his life journey; where the challenges he faced and the lessons he learned had  resulted in the establishment of an big organization with operating branches all over the world. 

The prescriptions included: happiness is a decision that has to be made; optimism brings luck; difficulties and failure can be turned into blessing and success; never stop learning or working; adversaries help protect you from yourself; always search for excellence and innovation; practical life teaches us lessons and gives us experience; and finally love is the most powerful weapon. 

During the conference, participants reviewed a number of Dr. Abu Ghazale’s success stories, some of which were achieved during the COVID-19 pandemic. 

Accordingly, Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh reaffirmed that such success stories emphasize the need of turning a crisis into a successful opportunity and the necessity of creating entrepreneurial opportunities that help the youth and other members of the community.

For his part, Eng. Usama al-Sa'dawi, Palestinian Minister of Leadership and Empowerment, underlined the importance of youth entrepreneurship, excellence and creativity, pointing to the Ministry’s role during the coronavirus outbreak in developing a strategic plan to empower the Palestinian youth. 

It is worth mentioning that the conference was organized by the Al-Mohtaref Training Company with the participation of thousands of international experts form 16 Arab and foreign countries.
