Choucair Honoring Abu-Ghazaleh: His Institution Sets as Role Model for Administration

BEIRUT - NNA - President of the Federation of Chambers of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture in Lebanon, Head of the Chamber of Beirut and Mount Lebanon, Mohammad Choucair, on Wednesday honored Founder and Chairman of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh International Group, Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh, at the Chamber's headquarters, in recognition of his Institution's famed high professionalism, effective management and notable world-wide reputation.
The honorary ceremony took place in the presence of Deputy Jean Ogasapian as well as scores of official, political, economic, businessmen, and banking dignitaries.
ESCWA Executive Secretary, Rima Khalaf, National News Agency Director (NNA) Laure Sleiman, and Head of the Economic and Social Council, Roger Nasnas, also attended said ceremony.
In his address, Choucair highly commended Abu Ghazaleh's efforts in establishing an institution that enjoys renowned global reputation and sets as a role model for administration and growth.
"Cooperation between the Lebanese Federation of Chambers and Abu Ghazaleh Group shall allow the Federation to increase services rendered to its members and the private sector in Lebanon," Choucair said, underlining that such a mutual relation falls in the benefit of both sides.
He also lauded the private sector in Lebanon as possessing a huge economic and intellectual repertoire, a significant self-momentum and a prominent global reputation, the matter that contributed to the protection of national economy and the development of regional economy.
